It is full of dreamy vibes and heartbreak, which we appreciate is not a wild departure for us. Some bands spend a record trying to escape their own sound. We would rather go further into it.
Where it came from
The title is not subtle and it is not meant to be. We are from the Southwest Side, the songs are from there, and the reverb is doing what the neighbourhood does — everything bleeding into everything else, nothing arriving cleanly.
Where to hear it
Everywhere you would expect. If you have the choice, Bandcamp is the one that actually helps us — streaming pays in fractions of a cent and Bandcamp pays rent-adjacent money.
